Rayanne Waggoner, CRM, elected President-Elect for the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), term effective January 1, 2013

Cupertino, CA. — The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), an international certifying body for Records and Information Management Professionals, confirms Rayanne Waggoner, CRM, as President-Elect, to begin term in January 1, 2013. 

Rayanne Waggoner, CRM, has served on the ICRM Board since 2006.   Ms. Waggoner has held positions of Regent for Examination Administration and Certification Maintenance.  She was very involved in the Institute’s transition to electronic testing.   She has also serve as President, Vice-President and Treasurer for the Silicon Valley Chapter of ARMA.  She is the Corporate Records Manager for Apple, Inc.   Prior to joining Apple, Rayanne was the supervisor over Records Management, Forms Control and the Interim Records Center at Lockheed Missiles & Space Company in Sunnyvale, CA. 

Rayanne received her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from De Anza College.  She has continued her education taking classes at San Jose State, University of California – Santa Cruz, and Standford University.

Rayanne is interested in expanding the Institute’s impact nationally and globally.  The number of employers required Certified Records Managers (CRM) continues to expand annually.  It is paramount that the ICRM be able to meet the increased demand for CRMS.
