10/08 – Present: University Records Officer, Records Management Office, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA
•    Develop records management policies, standards and guidance on records management issues.
•    Research, write, amend and obtain approval for University of Virginia specific records retention and disposition schedules, including coordination with the Library of Virginia.
•    Consult & assist university departments with records management issues, including storage & preservation.
•    Prepare & present workshops on records management, digitization issues and preservation of university records in a regular series and to departments/offices upon request.
•    Lead the collection, preservation and production of records (electronically stored information) related to investigations, litigation, and freedom of information act requests.
•    Establish and maintain collaborative relationships through participation in local and national industry associations.
