- Develop records management policies, standards and guidance on records management issues.
- Research, write, amend and obtain approval for University of Virginia specific records retention and disposition schedules, including coordination with the Library of Virginia.
- Consult & assist university departments with records management issues, including storage & preservation.
- Prepare & present workshops on records management, digitization issues and preservation of university records in a regular series and to departments/offices upon request.
