Preparation and updates to Corporate Retention Schedule, annual training, and related policies.  Liaison with Information Technology for the implementation of retention schedules within technology and review of new technology within the corporate environment.  Governance Board Member for the implementation of SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNote.  Preparation of and annual updates to the Corporate Information Management Policy and associated procedures.  Responsible for the implementation of annual enterprise-wide clean-up initiative, including but not limited to, preparation of attestations and training materials.  Meet stakeholders to determine scope of exercise.  Collaborate with end users to prepare business unit procedures, and work with vendors to ensure appropriate resources are available.  Develop, write, and present Corporate Information Management materials.  Present Program status updates to executive management.  Responsible for the Iron Mountain relationship.  Ensure end users are able to retrieve boxes by the preparation and presentation of end user training documentation regarding Iron Mountain’s Connect system.  Administrator of the Iron Mountain Connect system (including setting security settings, and training).  Responsible for the Iron Mountain shredding relationship for the entire enterprise (including branches and home lending centers).  Member of the Legal Department’s Business Continuity Program with updates to related procedures and required updates.

What would you do to advance the future of the ICRM?
Continued education about what the ICRM offers as well as benefits of membership. Bringing more training sessions to prospective test takers is vital to continue the excellence of the profession.
