Experience
Tim O’Toole, CRM, IGP am the Director of Records Management and serves as the Records Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) for the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX).  I have over 25 years of RIM experience in which 20 of those 25 years has been exclusively in local government where I have been creating, implementing and managing RIM programs.  As the Director of Records Management for CFX, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective RIM program, advising employees and senior management on RIM issues.  In addition to my professional career, I have held many leadership roles serving as the President of the ARMA Orlando Chapter as well as the Southeast Region Director of ARMA International and most recently as President of FRMA.  I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and currently hold the designation of Certified Records Manager (CRM) as well as Information Government Professional (IGP). 

What would you do to advance the future of the ICRM?
I believe in the ICRM and am proud to share my CRM designation with whomever will listen. Each day I pride myself on that accomplishment.  I want to bring that feeling to the ICRM and spread it to our membership.  I am willing to help out where I can.
