Experience
I have more than a decade of experience supporting records and information management programs across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. My work has included policy and procedure development, compliance, governance, training, organizational change, disaster response and recovery, program assessment, and strategic planning.
A consistent focus throughout my career has been helping people understand and apply RIM principles in practical ways. That commitment extends to my work as a mentor, writer, presenter, and thought leadership lead. Whether I am helping an organization strengthen its RIM program or supporting a candidate pursuing certification, my goal is to make complex information clearer, more accessible, and easier to put into practice.
The ICRM has played an important role in my own professional development. Serving as Regent, Application and Exam Preparation would give me the opportunity to support the next generation of CRA and CRM candidates and contribute to the continued strength and growth of the certification program.
