ICRM MENTORING PROGRAM

ICRM MENTORING PROGRAM

Purpose

The ICRM Mentoring program is another resource to assist CRA and CRM candidates in preparation for challenging the Parts 1-5 and Part 6 certification exams.

The mentoring program provides clear instructions and uniform processes for mentoring activities relating to the CRA and CRM examinations.

  • Participation as a mentee in the ICRM Mentoring Program does not guarantee that a candidate will pass any or all examinations.
  • Participation as a mentor in the ICRM Mentoring Program may be eligible for Certification Maintenance Points (CMPs) for the CRM designation.

Program Eligibility / Participation

Participants in the ICRM Mentoring Program (Mentors and Mentees) are required to register with ICRM to participate. Requirements for program participants are listed below.

Program Administration

The ICRM Mentoring Program is endorsed by the ICRM Board of Regents; the Board appoints the ICRM Mentoring Committee Chair who administers the program, including recruiting two examination leads (one for Parts 1-5; another for Part 6).

The ICRM Board of Regents reports annually to its members on Mentoring Program activities, including program participation, satisfaction surveys, and other measures. This information is provided to the Board by the Mentoring Committee Chair.

Program Resources

Training packages and Mentor training are provided by ICRM. Training components are reviewed annually and updated at least once every three years to ensure relevant and accurate information resources are available for program participants.
