Presentation Title: Achieving Buy-in and Adoption for your RIM Program

Presentation Description: Getting organizational buy-in for records and information management requires showing each audience why it matters to them. This session covers how to frame value for different stakeholders, use short stories and data to make risk tangible, and craft function-specific messages that resonate. With AI initiatives increasingly dependent on well-governed information, RIM professionals have a new opportunity to connect their work to enterprise priorities. You'll leave with practical approaches for finding common ground across the business. This interactive session features hands-on exercises including role-playing scenarios to practice tailoring your message.
